Lomandra White Sands is an upright grass-like perennial plant that is native to Australia. The plant gets its name from the sandy white colour of its leaves, which are long, narrow, and blade shaped, growing up to 50cm in length and 8mm in width.
Lomandra White Sands is a clumping plant that grows in a tight, compact form, reaching a height of about 70cm and a width of 1m. Its growth habit is mounding and low, making it ideal for use as a ground cover or for mass planting in garden beds or borders. The plant has a slow to moderate growth rate and can take up to three years to reach its mature size.
